Seven municipalities: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Burnaby, Anmore, Belcarra, and Pitt Meadows. We work in that footprint deliberately — staying tight is what lets us hold a genuine one-hour emergency target instead of quoting one and missing it.
How quickly can you reach me?
Inside the Tri-Cities and Burnaby we aim to be on site within an hour for genuine emergencies, and usually sooner. Anmore, Belcarra, and Pitt Meadows add a little drive time — we will give you a real arrival window on the phone rather than an optimistic one.
Do you charge extra for the outlying areas?
No. Travel is built into the quoted price and you see that number before we start. There is no separate mileage line added afterwards, and no surcharge for Anmore, Belcarra, or Pitt Meadows.
My property is on a well or septic. Can you still help?
Yes. That comes up regularly in Anmore and Belcarra. Well and septic systems change how we diagnose pressure problems and drainage, so tell us when you book and we will bring the right equipment on the first visit.
I am just outside your area. Will you still come?
Sometimes, for scheduled or commercial work. Call and ask — if it is not a good fit we will say so rather than take the booking and arrive late.
